SEPA will replace all other methods of payment for EU countries that have euro as the local currency of February 1, 2014. For countries that do not have the euro as the local currency, but still send and receive payments in euro should use SEPA from 31 October 2016. For NAV users, this means that from 2013R2 client's ability to export vendor payments to an XML document that follows the SEPA standard for effect's customers who have older clients but who still need to use SEPA as the payment method we have developed an XML import / export that meet the ISO20022 requirements for SEPA files.
