When we have agreed on the right way forward, we focus on functionality and what to build. Efficient processes, simplicity for the user and functions that deliver business benefits are the focus. We test key processes and possible adaptations together and before you go live we make an acceptance test where you will tick off everything we agreed on are included. New feature requests that arrived late in the process, we start directly after the first project been put into operation. We are there before, during and after the system is live.
